Jerk Grilled Shrimp with Lime

- 1 pound shrimp shells removed and deveined
- 3 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Grilling
Heat the grill. If it is electric heat to 425°F or 220°C.
In a bowl combine the shrimp, lime juice, olive oil, and jerk seasoning. Toss until all of the shrimp have been coated evenly.
Place the shrimp on the skewers.
Cook in indirect heat in the grill for 7 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque.
Baking
Heat the oven to 425°F, 220°C, or gas mark 7.
In a bowl combine the shrimp, lime juice, olive oil, and jerk seasoning. Toss until all of the shrimp have been coated evenly.
Place on the lined baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque.
