Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 pound shrimp shells removed and deveined
  • 3 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
 

Grilling

  • Heat the grill. If it is electric heat to 425°F or 220°C.
  • In a bowl combine the shrimp, lime juice, olive oil, and jerk seasoning. Toss until all of the shrimp have been coated evenly.
  • Place the shrimp on the skewers.
  • Cook in indirect heat in the grill for 7 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque.

Baking

  • Heat the oven to 425°F, 220°C, or gas mark 7.
  • In a bowl combine the shrimp, lime juice, olive oil, and jerk seasoning. Toss until all of the shrimp have been coated evenly.
  • Place on the lined baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque.
