  • Sheet pan lined with foil

Ingredients
 
 

Salmon Filet

  • lbs salmon filet
  • ½ tsp salt kosher
  • ½ tsp pepper

Roasted Asparagus

  • 2 lbs asparagus
  • 1 tsp salt kosher
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ tsp pepper

Honey Glaze

  • ¼ cup sesame oil
  • ½ cup honey
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • tbsp chili sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the glaze ingredients in the bowl. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and place in the glaze and cover for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the over to 375°F or gas mark 5.
  • Place the salmon on the sheet pan. Toss the asparagus in the salt, pepper, and oil and add to the same sheet pan. Bake for 25 min or until the largest part of the salmon is firm.

Notes

If using 6 ounce filet slices reduce the cook time to 15 minutes.
