Ingredients
 
 

  • pounds chicken wings
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup butter unsalted
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt kosher
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F, 220°C, or gas mark 7. Spray the baking rack with cooking spray and place in the foil lined sheet pan.
  • In a bowl combine salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, Old Bay, onion powder, ground mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, and mix well.
  • In a mixing bowl or Ziploc toss the chicken wings in the spice blend to coat evenly. Place the chicken wings on the baking rack and bake for 40 minutes. The wings should be crispy and browned.
  • While the chicken is cooking heat the buffalo sauce, butter, and brown sugar, if you are using it, and bring to a boil stirring continuously. Then remove from heat.
  • In a mixing bowl toss the wings in the buffalo sauce, Serve will still hot with your favorite dipping sauces if desired.
