Bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers are the perfect appetizer for your game day/night gatherings. Made with spicy jalapeños filled with cream cheese and cheddar cheese and wrapped in bacon.

1¾ pounds thick cut bacon 9 jalapeño peppers halved, cored 8 ounces cream cheese softened 4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded 4 ounces Colby jack cheese shredded
Preheat the oven to 400°F, 200°C or gas mark 6.
In a food processor combine the Colby jack, cheddar, and cream chesses together. Blend until combined.

Using a piping bag or spoon, fill the sliced jalapenos with the cream cheese filling. Press down to get the cheese filling inside the pepper.

Then starting from the top of the pepper with the wider of the two ends of bacon wrap the bacon around the pepper and tuck in the ends.
1¾ pounds thick cut bacon
Place on the wire baking rack on the foil lined sheet pan and bake for 30 minutes or until the bacon is cooked.
