These herb grilled pork chops are a simple and tasty meal that tastes amazing and comes together easily. Made with a marinade of lemons, spices, and honey, it is an easy-to-make main course that is perfect for the grill.
In a mixing bowl combine all of the marinade ingredients and mix well.
⅓ cup olive oil, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, ½ tablespoon thyme, ½ tablespoon oregano, ½ tablespoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Place the pork in a sealable plastic bag or airtight container and add the marinade. Seal and make sure all of the pork chops are coated and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.

Preheat your grill using indirect heat to 400F or 200C.
Place the pork chops over the direct heat, close the lid, and sear for 3 minutes. Flip and repeat.
Then move the pork chops to indirect heat and cook until internal temperature reaches 145F or 63C, about 7-10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and allow the pork chops to rest for 5-7 minutes before slicing.
