Gremolata is an easy to make Italian condiment that is can be used on many dishes. Made with only three ingredients it is easy to just whip up and it makes food taste great. It makes a great pairing with your roasted and grilled meats and vegetables.

Ingredients
 
 

  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon garlic grated

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl combine the garlic, parsley, and lemon zest.
    ¼ cup parsley, 1½ tablespoons lemon zest, 1 tablespoon garlic
  • Add ¼ teaspoon of salt if desired.

Notes

This will keep for up to 3 days in an airtight container. To preserve longer add 2 tablespoons of olive oil before storing.
