Grilled cabbage with gremolata is the perfect healthy side dish for a perfect summer meal. It is easy to make and only has a few ingredients. This is a great side to accompany any grilled meats or seafood.
One a sheet pan brush the cabbage with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
¼ cup olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper
Place on the grill and cook for 7 minutes per side. Be careful with your flip as the outer leaves might be charred and may try and separate from the cabbage.
While the cabbage is cooking mix the gremolata with the remaining olive oil.
2 tablespoons gremolata, ¼ cup olive oil
Once the cabbage is done remove from the grill and brush the gremolata on top.
