Grilled Hot Honey Ribs

You can never go wrong with some tender and flavorful ribs and these grilled hot honey ribs are perfect for grilling season. These tender and flavorful ribs are perfect during the summer months when gathering with friends and family, a grill, an ice-cold beverage, and some good music make for a perfect day.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 racks of ribs
  • 1 cup hot honey
  • ¼ cup barbecue seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to 400°F or 200°C.
  • Remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs. Brush each side of the ribs with the Dijon mustard,
    2 racks of ribs, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Cover the ribs on both sides with the barbecue seasoning.
    ¼ cup barbecue seasoning
  • Place the ribs on the grill meat side down over indirect heat and cook for 75 minutes. Flip over and brush the meat with half of the hot honey. Close the lid and cook for another 15 minutes.
    1 cup hot honey
  • Remove from the grill and brush with the remaining hot honey, slice and enjoy!
