In a mixing bowl combine the soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, pepper, paprika and olive oil.
Place the pork chops in a Ziploc bag and then pour the marinade into the bag. Remove as much air as possible and seal. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour but no more than 4.
Heat the grill to 400°F or 200°C.
Sear each side of the pork chop for 2 minutes and then move to indirect heat or reduce the heat and cook for another 10 minutes flipping halfway through or until the inside reaches 165°F or 74°C.

In a saucepan cook the marinade until it reduces by half and brush over the pork chops
